LOCKHEED MARTIN C-130 HERCULES

The C-130 Hercules is a four-engine turboprop military troop, medivac and cargo transport aircraft, especially when utilizing its short takeoff and landing capablities, and even on unprepared runways. It's no wonder that while it was originally designed for the aforemented tasks, the veratile airframe found uses in many other disciplines such as a gunship, for airborne assaults, aerial refueling, maritime partrolling, search & rescue, and many more, creating many variants of the ageless plane since its inception in 1956.
