AMERICAN CLOCK & WATCH MUSEUM
Located in Bristol, Connecticut, the American Clock & Watch Museum remains one of only a few museums dedicated to the history, science of timekeeping and timekeepers, or "horology." Opened in 1954, it's also interesting that this museum is not only housed in a 1801 historic home, but is also located in what was the center of American clockmaking during the industrial revolution, and the hometown (Bristol) of the former Ingraham and Sessions clock manufacturing companies. So set your watch for a time to visit one of largest collections of American-made time pieces in the world.
