Martin Marietta Pershing II: A Surface-to-Surface guided missile. All land-based intermediate-range missiles, including the Pershing II, were banned, had to be dismantled and destroyed when U.S. President Reagan and Soviet Premier Mikhail Gorbachev signed the Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty in 1987. Fortunately, a few were allowed to exist but had to be rendered useless by filling them with concrete like this example.
