NATIONAL NAVY UDT-SEAL MUSEUM

What began simply as an idea in the home of Albert Stankie, where he and other former UDT Frogmen gathered personal artifacts and experiences from their service in World War II, created the foundation for the National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum (also known as the Navy SEAL Museum). Located in Fort Pierce, Florida, the Museum resides on the original training grounds of the Navy combat divers (Frogmen) and houses exhibits to educate the public on the role of Navy Underwater Demolition Teams (UDT) and Sea, Air, Land (SEAL) teams.

Opened in 1985, the museum also preserves the history of the Navy's original Frogmen and today's Seals, honors the fallen at the Navy SEAL Memorial and cares for those warriors’ families through the Trident House Charities Program. And while we are free to travel anywhere we want to, we thank the service, dedication amd sacrifice of the Navy UDT Seal Teams that gives us the freedom to do so.
